Bullet Heaven 3 [Prototype] I love this new installment in the EBF series and I quite like the leveling up mechanic. And for being a prototype it's quite well made, i do have an issue with not being able to save since it makes it hard for me to beat the game. But at the end of the day i'm sure the final product will be great!
